Four Bedroom House for Rent

The house is a pretty easy walk from Skidmore (6 Pearl St., near the hospital) and has four bedrooms. It's a single-family home due to city regulations, but it's set up like two apartments (one on top of the other) so could be great for two visiting faculty members who are willing to share a kitchen. (There's one full kitchen on the first floor, but there are living/common areas on both floors.) It could also work well for families or students.
