The neighborhood is quiet, with minimal traffic, and friendly neighbors. It is walking distance to Broadway (1.1 miles to downtown) and an easy bike ride to Skidmore. Dogs are negotiable (extra deposit) but no cats, sorry. No smoking. Heat, AC, hot water, electricity, and garbage removal are included. You pay cable/Internet. No better deal for a temporary stay in beautiful Saratoga Springs. First month's rent is half  ($700) because of late move in date.
