Well-equipped kitchen, screen-in porch, large yard. Quiet residential neighborhood with off-street parking and possible use of garage for one car. The home is owner-occupied (art professional, empty nester), but I am working out of town and would be home just a few nights a month on average. Note: when home I will have a friendly hypo-allergenic golden doodle.
