Room available for rent in 4 Bedroom Home

I am looking to rent the downstairs bedroom to an individual or perhaps a couple.  

The address is 64 2nd st. It is walking distance to Skidmore and to downtown Saratoga. It is a 2 story, 4 bedroom house with a front porch, an enclosed back yard with a patio and a fire pit.  Its a lovely, quiet neighborhood.

It is a fully furnished space with a comfortable double bed.  There is a full bathroom downstairs that would primarily be for the renter.  There is a second full bathroom and 3 additional bedrooms upstairs that I would use. 

The kitchen/dining room/ living room and outdoor spaces would all be shared.

Utilities, heat, hot water, electric, internet, snow removal and lawn care are all included in the price of the rent. There is on and off street parking available. 

I am asking $2000/month from now until June 1st. 

I live in the house alone with my sweet  14 year old chihuahua/terrier mix pup named Mr. Bean.  But we often travel.  I am a Skidmore alum with a BA in Anthropology, class of 1988.

I would consider a renter with a very well behaved dog,  but would prefer someone with out pets.
