Hello friends! I will be on sabbatical in the 23-24 academic year, so I am looking to rent my East Side studio apartment on Ludlow St and Fifth Ave for either 9, 10, or 12 months, starting Sept 5th.  Rent is $1250/month, which includes *all utilities* (except internet).

Gorgeous 19th century brick school house converted into apartments. Bright, with tons of natural light, 500 square foot studio apartment. Located on first floor of a well maintained building. Hardwood floors throughout. Private dedicated off-street parking. Patio.

 LOCATION: Right on the corner of Fifth Avenue and Ludlow Street, 7 minute walk to the track gate, 7 minute walk to Caroline St bars and restaurants, 10 minute walk to the rest of downtown Saratoga. 7 Minute drive to Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC), Saratoga Spa State Park, Roosevelt Bath and Spa and Saratoga Spa Golf Course. 5 Minutes by car to Skidmore. 30 minute drive to Lake George and the heart of the Adirondacks.

This has been my home for 5 years; it is a quiet, charming community, including several Skidmore professors. I hope someone joining our community next year can enjoy it while I'm away!
