A friend of mine is looking to rent out 3 rooms in her house:

Spacious, furnished, clean 3-room living quarters available right in town, about 5 min (1.1 miles) away from Skidmore campus

$700/ month, including water, electricity and WiFi

Shared entrance and kitchen, with individual microwave, toaster oven, and kettle available in own living-quarters

3 rooms include a spacious bedroom (queen bed), living room, and large bathroom

The rooms are located in the lower level of a family home with 3 kids, ages 14 - 10.  No smoking please.
